BOOKING POLICY

• payment is due at the beginning of your session and a deposit of atleast 30% of the total price is due during your free consultation call to protect us from cancellations

• free travel up to 20 miles, after that a $45 transportation fee will apply per location (want an additional location with your session? extra location pricing is listed here.)

• add-ons (extra time, outfits, locatons, etc.) are priced separately view here

• no-shows and same day cancellations are non-refundable

• being over 30 minutes late without communication is considered a no-show no refund will be provided

• final galleries are delivered within 7-14 business days (rush delivery options here)

• no raw/unedited images will be provided

• all clients are entitled to personal usage rights to all provided images tag us @hennesseylensco on any social media platform if you share!
