FAQ 

All sessions can be booked here, by clicking the "Book Now!" button located below each session type. A 30% non-refundable desposit will be due during your consultation call prior to your session to lock that date in for you.

We completely understand and want to ensure that you are fully confident before making your booking. Before making the decision, feel free to contact us with all your questions, your name, and your email at Hennesseylensco@gmail.com, and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

The inital 30% Deposit (required to book a session) can be made by following these steps:

1. Click the "Book Now!" button under your preferred session type Here!

You will then be redirected to our booking page

2. Pick a date and a time for your session

3. Pay the deposit (30% of your session price) through PayPal to secure your booking date.

The final due balance (Remaining 70% + Any add-ons and/or transportation fees) will be paid in-person via Tap to Pay right before your session begins. If you are unable to pay the 30% deposit via PayPal, Our current extended payment options are Zelle and/or Venmo. Please contact us at Hennesseylensco@gmail.com with your name, session type, preferred method of payment, and contact information and we will get in touch with you within 1-2 business days. 

Yes. A 30% non-refundable deposit is due to offically book your session in our system. The remaining 70% is due in-person on the day of the shoot, along with any additional fees and expenses added on during the consultation call.

ALL fees and costs will be addressed during your consultation call and before check out in-person so you know exactly how much you are paying and why before your session.  

If your session location is more than 20 miles from the 92504 zip code, a transportation fee will apply. Milage is calculated using Google Maps, measuring your photographer's starting point to your session address. If you are unsure, feel free to send your session location during your consultation call OR email us at Hennesseylensco@gmail.com with your session location and any questions you may have. (Email responses take 1-2 business days)
